About Cemaes Bay, Anglesey
Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Cemaes Bay is a quaint and friendly village. It is the most northerly village in Anglesey, in fact the most northerly village in the whole of Wales. For a small village it has an amazing variety of facilities. These include a mini supermarket. a butchers, a chemist, two ladies hairdressers, a barber, a greengrocer, a computer shop, a deli, 2 cafes, a fish and chip shop, a craft shop, a picture framer and a community shop. There is also a doctor’s surgery, a village hall, a children’s playground, a football pitch and a church and a chapel. All these amenities are within easy walking distance of Bron Garth.
There are wonderful coastal walks in either direction. The house is opposite a pretty harbour and fishing trips and trips out to sea can be arranged. The are two public houses and hotel within a 100 yards of the house and two other hotels within a short distance, all providing excellent meals if you do not want to do your own cooking.
Your pets are welcome to join you on your holiday. Dogs are particularly welcome.
